If you need Proof of Origin documents for tours:

• Send us an email with a scan or photo of the original invoice of the clarinets, including the serial number.
• The Proof of Origin document costs 34 € (net) per instrument.
• From 2017 all clarinets will be sent with a free Proof of Origin document.

Legitimisation of travel costs [to and from our workshop]:

• Forms are available in our show rooms.
• Post hoc processing of the travel forms costs 25 € (net).

Subsequent change of address on your invoice: 25 € (net).

Valuation of your Kronthaler clarinets: 25 € (net).
